How much time should I allocate on the photography schedule for each class group?

We recommend you allow 25 mins for KY to Yr 1 and 15 minutes for Yr 2 to 12.

What do I do if I receive envelope payments after the photographers have left for the day?

Please call our office on (08) 9244 8211

What do I do if I run out of prepaid envelopes?

Easy, just call our office (08) 9244 8211 and we will mail them to your school.

What do I do with the sibling envelopes?

Distribute them to the families at your school and ask that they be returned to the school office and their names recorded on the Sibling Photo List.

What handy hints do you suggest for a smooth running day?

Appoint a school coordinator to oversee all school photography day requirements. Ensure your timetable is realistic. Be well prepared. Make sure someone from the school is present when the photographers arrive in the morning so they can be well prepared.
