Returns & Refunds

NON-ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

  • Return of goods at customer's costs unless otherwise arranged.
  • Misbound or faulty goods will be fully refunded if goods are returned with proof of purchase.

All other returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery 
  • They are in mint and saleable condition i.e. undamaged, and with no obvious signs of use. 
  • Refund will be issued in the manner in which payment was received i.e. Credit Card. EFTPOS, Cash 
  • Under certain circumstances a credit voucher may be issued in exchange for the return of goods without proof of purchase. 
  • There will be no return on CD-ROMS. 
  • There will be no refunds on firm sale as these items represent goods that are not a stock line and have been specifically ordered for you.

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

  • All goods being returned by schools to Fotoworks are to be at the school's expense, unless otherwise arranged. 
  • Return of goods will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery to school. 
  • A Returns Authorisation number must be obtained prior to goods being returned. All returns other than damaged or misbound stock must be authorised by Fotoworks. 
  • Return of misbound or faulty goods will be fully refunded if returned with proof of purchase. 
  • There will be no return on CD-ROMS. 
  • There will be no refunds on firm sale as these items represent goods that are not a stock line and have been specifically ordered for you.
