Returns & Refunds

​Goods must be returned within 21 days of delivery.

​Refund will be issued in the manner in which payment was received i.e. Credit Card. EFTPOS.

In the case of cash payments this will be refunded via either credit vouchers or company cheque in the next company cheque run after authorisation (usually around 2 weeks).

Under certain circumstances a credit voucher may be issued in exchange for the return of goods.

All goods being returned to Fotoworks are to be at the customer's expense.

Misbound or faulty goods will be fully refunded if goods are returned with proof of purchase.

There will be no return on CD-ROMS.

Return of goods to schools will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

A Returns Authorisation number must be obtained prior to goods being returned.

All returns other than damaged or misbound stock must be authorised by Fotoworks.

There will be no refunds on firm sale as these items represent goods that are not a stock line and have been specifically ordered for you.
